This notice explains the information submitted through EEC website forms and how to contact us about it.
Information you provide
Contact, quotation, and filter-identification forms may collect your contact details, company information, enquiry details, technical requirements, and files you choose to upload.
How it is used
EEC uses submitted information to respond to your request, assess the application, prepare a quotation, provide support, maintain business records, and protect the website from misuse. We do not ask you to submit information unrelated to your enquiry.
Service providers and retention
Website hosting, database, object-storage, and email providers may process information only as needed to deliver those services. Records are retained for the business, contractual, security, and legal purposes applicable to the enquiry and are then reviewed for deletion.
Your request
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, contact sales@eecfilters.com. Some records may need to be retained where law or an active business obligation requires it.
