Application engineering begins with the operating environment and the contamination-control objective. The review then establishes filtration stages, airflow, resistance constraints, efficiency class, media, frame or housing interface, and installation limitations.
Where appropriate, the review can include available drawings, specification reconciliation, sample or prototype discussion, replacement access, and commercial quotation. Recommendations remain subject to final engineering confirmation for the selected configuration.
